This Power Hour is dedicated to those who would like to listen to Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education Philosophy and Best Practices, or Strategies that work.

When you sign up. You will be sent access to one of our weekly created videos by our instructor who teaches one of kind inspired topics that focus on classroom management or teacher resources. 

Time Frame: The fourth Wednesday of every month, a new video with tidbits and information to make you think and strengthen your craft of educating, many homeschool parents have enjoyed taking these power hour courses as well.

• Training on an Educational Area of Focus in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.

• 1 pm-2 pm (1 hour)   

• Certificate earned (same day upon completion) - once the video is watched.

• Virtual Quiz will be sent to the client, once we receive and score there will be a 1-hour training certificate emailed to the client. Voila! Add to your trainings!

 Our Owner and Lead Trainer has created a strong educator program. With every course created, there is a strong sense of care and passion for child education, knowledge of child development, and awareness of the expectations needed to be confident in a classroom. The courses that 1 Dedicated 2 Education offers have been proven to assist teachers everywhere.

• Contact us at least 1 week before the meeting or development training.

• You will then be sent an Inquiry Form, Contract, Course List, and Policy Form, along with an Invoice.

Time Frame: 

1 day training (2 hours or more) 

3-day professional development training (any 3-day period.)

5-day conference (rate varies) (any 5-day period held on 5 consecutive dates)

Deposit of $250.00 (non-refundable) must be paid with initial contract to ensure date is saved. This fee is not included in the total.

The final payment of training for service must be made on the date of event. 

All development trainings start at $300 and up, depending on group rate, time, and location. (payment plan available) Your intake coordinator will discuss price and plan for payment.

Online training courses - Zoom 

If you are looking for courses that are strong in content but offer valuable interactive and engaging learning, which have proven to support teachers in education, reach out to us and our services.  We will share our course list for your staff to select from.

Time Frame: 

Courses are held in a 2-hour format. 

Held on Thursdays and Fridays every month. 

Times: 9am class -1pm - 6pm class 

All classes will start 2 weeks after requested and paid for.

Course Sequence:

If taken 2 courses (during 1 week per month) 

A teacher will earn 4 hours of training credit. 

​

Deposit of $50.00 for teachers requesting individual training on line. 

Pay for 1 course: $80.00 

Total: $130 (group rate available)

Why not take care of your training for the entire school year and pay for

a 3-month package: $400.00 -9 courses

Many states require early childhood educators leading a classroom to be Lead Qualified.

We offer a 9-course program with content focused on Child Development, Child Safety, Child Abuse, and more.

You will graduate from our program with the skills, awareness, understanding, and confidence needed to work in today's current classroom. 

​

More importantly, you will be supported with a lifelong community of educators! 

​

Once completed, a teacher will receive a Virginia 24-hour Lead Qualified Teacher Certificate 

​

The typical schedule occurs over 3 days (7 am-4 pm with 1 hour lunch (not supplied), taught by a live instructor). 

​

Upon graduating, students can add on to this portion to reinforce areas taught in person. 

• Extra: 2-day teacher in-person coaching program practicum optional - $150

• This will meet the observation need and consists of a hands-on training for 2 days along with a 1-month check-in visit to ensure training needs are met.

Once completed, we have a 24-hour Lead Qualified Teacher Certificate -

Accreditation Pending (March 2026)

Are you a teacher who feels overwhelmed with the many task needed to lead a classroom or work in a busy school? We are here for you! Please give us an email or call and find out about this package as it is custom built for the teacher. 

In this package we offer teachers assistance by completing task such as (cutting out a months worth of items for a lesson or unit, copying activities and creating a system for the teacher to use to pass out, grading papers for teachers, modeling a lesson, or working in the classroom as a specialist to assist with management support, and creating small group intervention activities to assist children in early child education and elementary education classrooms. 

Occurs over a time frame 1-3 days 

Cost: Initial $50.00 deposit and cost varies accordingly. 

• Contact us any time anyday, and we can schedule an initial needs assessment meeting.

• Consulting to determine how we can support your teachers!

• You select the area of lesson planning, creating activities, creating a safe space to grow, and sharing strategies for the difficult or extra tasks that an individual teacher and classroom need. 

• We complete the extra needs for you, the teacher, whether it's creating activities to add to your teacher's classroom or implementing strategies that can be used, or sub in a teacher's room so they can complete task.
