About Us
1 Dedicated 2 Education LLC has been serving Virginia since 2020. Founded by Jaye DeRamus, 1 D2E LLC provides professional development training, an early childhood teachers college, coaching for early childhood and primary elementary teachers, preschool curriculum, and classroom operation consulting.
We create a safe space for educators to strengthen their skills, and seek support in their roles that are often ignored or neglected due to the many responsibilities. Whether 1:1 or as a school, the goal is to give support, even if it means subbing or completing all tasks that teachers need.
We also provide children with exciting but educational activities in the community. We take children on adventures, sponsor events, and conduct tutoring in various subjects throughout the year! Our staff in the youth department consists of instructors here to support children and promote healthy experiences.
In 2025, we rebranded and doors opened so now we are able to serve all schools and educators in all states within the US! Educators or schools can join us at our office, or we can meet at your event.

A Little About the Owner
A little about me: I am excited to share alittle about myself as the owner of this growing company and lead trainer. Over the last 17 years I have spent time as an educator and even a program director within public and private education. I have worked with young Infants as well as scholars in middle school. I enjoy the ability to facilitate, advocate, lead and educate each age group. My goal with 1D2E LLC is to support youth and teachers within all forms of education. Education is a gift, and I believe all children deserve to have a safe space to be educated in, but this cannot happen without teachers who also need to be given a safe space to strengthen their skills and knowledge as well as the peace of mind to confidently facilitate the learning day in their classroom.
The training and development I have created in each course follows actual early childhood education pedagogy but is adapted to fit the current classroom. I come with knowledge on child development, a passion for education, advocating for teachers and children, and as an education resource strategist who is known for creating items that support teachers and students in real time. I also mentor teachers who need that second voice, outside of their supervisor or team, with knowledge of best care practices. I have attended incredible educational institutions such as
Northern VA Community College, VA (Associate's Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education Certificate, Early Childhood Career Studies Certification, Lancaster Bible College, PA (Bachelor's in Psychology) Grand Canyon University, AZ (Master's Education) and VA Department of Social Services Preschool Endorsement, Affiliated memberships NAEYC &/etc, and continuously taking courses/conferencess to stay current with educational knowledge.
