A Little About Us
1 Dedicated 2 Education LLC has been serving Virginia since 2020. Founded by Jaye DeRamus,
1 D2E LLC is a youth development program
which provides children with educational activities in the community. We take children on adventures through our Adventures in Learning Club Courses (Fall, Spring, Winter) and Smart Kid Summer Courses (Summer) including Year-Round Academic Tutoring. Our goal is to bring interactive but high-quality learning experiences which promote growth and confidence through each of these youth courses and events to children ages 0-12.
For Educators:
We provide professional development training on early childhood and elementary education-based topics such as family style dining, creative lessons for teachers, or class management systems, or are most popular course "teaching in the post 2020 classroom."
In 2025, we rebranded our mission and opened our doors to reach more children and bring awareness to educators in all states within the US!

We’re on a mission to empower educators with the specific support and safe space they need to thrive alongside their students! Our goal is to equip teachers with skills to lead their classrooms with confidence, ease their load, and make a lasting impact in this post-2020 classroom and beyond.
