Our Story
A Little About Us
1 Dedicated 2 Education LLC has been serving Virginia since 2020. Founded by Jaye DeRamus, 1 D2E LLC provides professional development training, an early childhood teachers college, coaching for early childhood and primary elementary teachers, preschool curriculum, and classroom operation consulting. We create a safe space for educators to strengthen their skills, and seek support in their roles that are often ignored or neglected due to the many responsibilities. Whether 1:1 or as a school, the goal is to give support, even if it means subbing or completing all tasks that teachers need.
For children:
We also provide children with exciting but educational activities in the community. We take children on adventures, sponsor events, and conduct tutoring in various subjects throughout the year! Our staff in the youth department consists of instructors here to support children and promote healthy experiences.

In 2025, we rebranded, and doors opened so now we are able to serve all schools and educators in all states within the US!
